The app is slow. But that's the ONLY thing wrong with my experience! The deals are GREAT! The food is GREAT! In Columbus, TX and Sealy, TX...the places near where I live...the service is GREAT! Most of all...the PEOPLE are GREAT! Friendly and they recognize me when I walk in the door! It is GREAT to receive the small town experience and sense of community in this business establishment.
When I arrived (14 MINUTES AFTER PLACING MY ORDER ON THE APP!), they knew exactly where my order was and when it would be ready..."It will be a couple of minutes, they're cutting it right now." Without even consulting the cook! Then they brought it right to me.
And the BEST THING...They sent me out the door with "Have a BLESSED DAY!" THAT blessed me most of all!!! I LOVE my Columbus...

As l pull up the girl turns off some lights (while on the phone) so it looked like they were closed. I called them to let them know that I was there. She looked at me and didn't bother to answer the phone after it ringing for like 20 times. Another customer pulls up and walks in for his pizza. After he left I went in for mine. Read moreTheres a 1 in 5 chance that if you order online they'll have a delivery driver. I've had to cancel orders because they didn't have a delivery driver. And they never tell you they dont have one until about 5-10mins after placing your order. They dont even try to compensate for their lack of customer service or lack of being prepared. If your never gonna have a delivery driver then take the delivery option away. The people at this store location are rude, disrespectful and unapologetic about everything.
