Disappointed. All the kids working here seem lost they donât use gloves as theyâre preparing food and thatâs a red flag. Even during COVID youâd think theyâd have some type of consideration for sanitary purposes. Food handling requires gloves . Iâve watched them go in and out not knowing whose order went where while asking me several times if different orders were mine. Mind you, theyâve touched a dirty door handle several times to go out and deliver then came in and prepared food gloveless all while not washing or sanitizing hands and then doing it again. Iâve been here for 30 mins and honestly, I have my food so pray I donât get sick ppl. There should ALWAYS be somebody at the front counter. Too many ppl wandering when there can be a person at the counter reassuring customers that they arenât being blown off because thatâs certainly how it feels. I waited 30 mins for fresh stale food idk how it can be fresh out of the oven but hard and chewy 𤯠donât waste your time . Iâve attached photos of my food , the dirty bag it came in and the fact that there was food prepared already and yet I had to wait for mine for 30+mins.    Read moreYou pay for what you get. Pizza is ok and staff is young kids. Went through the drive through and the cashier didn't want to give me my credit card receipt. First she tried not giving me a receipt, and then after I asked for one she gave me some random receipt that looked like a kitchen ticket. I had to take my two small children out of the car into the store to get a receipt, which was given to me by the same drive through employee with the same female teenager attitude. The next morning I checked my bank account and seen that she ran my credit card for the wrong amount... that's most likely why she didn't want to give me a receipt. I called the manager when they opened the next day to advise him of the situation and was asked to hold. The person who answered the phone just sat the phone down so I could hear things just getting moved around in the background. So we called in and spoke to a younger woman and she way really nice and told me I could come in for my replacement and said there ovens have been doing that lately (she even wrote down my name!) Called in to see if I could get my replacement and the lady on the other end couldnât understand EnglishâŚtold me to come in. Came in to get them and was told that âsheâs only doing it this one time because she doesnât have complaints at her storeâand basically accused me of stealing breadsticks and disrespected me in front of customers as well!
