Rico Pollo — Restaurant in Commerce City

I hope the new owner reads this. Have you ever heard of the expression, "if it's not broken, don't fix it"? What you have done to the amazing chili is what has me never coming back to your newly aquired establishment, which I have a feeling you don't even care. Why on earth did you decide to make it more spicy?? It was PERFECT before you decided to change it. It was thee best chili I've ever had and I am not exaggerating. And consider better quality control. I've had to fish out several bones in my mouth from the burrito, a first for me. And the person who bags the food... needs to be trained. You stacked all the heavy food on top of the little containers of salsa and sides, causing the bag to spill over and causing the chili to cover the entire contents of the bag which ultimately ruined some of our meal. We spent $32. Can I please have my money back?? I'll only come back to your place to collect a refund but will never eat there again. What a shame. We loved eating there but now we can't.

P.S. As for the lady with the "I hate you" look on your face. If you're that miserable in life and hate your job, then find something else. Taking it out on the customers who keep you in business is unprofessional and down right rude. Another great trait that has us never coming...

Very rude Very old chicken I immediately got diarrhea and when I woke up in the morning my stomach hurt so bad I had too take a sick day from work. Beware!!!!!! Dangerous practices at this establishment! My second issue is there menu online for there store has prices that are not up to date. There's a significant difference on there online prices and what they actually charge you!

My Third issue is the staffs attitudes and unprofessional conduct with absolutely no customer service! This store specifically has very Un professional employees.

Prices on menu are false! THEY WILL NOT STAND BYE THERE PRICES. WE WANTED 24 WINGS FOR 18.99 LIKE ADVERTISED AND WE WENT TO ORDER AND THEY WERE 22.99 WOULD NOT HONOR...

So this is me and the lurps favorite little spot to go get us a little something to snack on this day we were exceptionally hungry because we had not gotten groceries the night before and it got really cold and so we didn't go out and go to any more food so we kind of like just don't know that nested in and just kind of slept through the hungry so the next morning we wake up starving we go over from up Rico Pollo in commerce City we got flautas hot wings and chili cheese fries we thought it was going to be too much food better fact it was not enough food it was delicious it was hot it was fresh 100% delicious...
