This place is already all trashed. Went in and already got rude customer service at the entrance from KIMBERLY. GUARD up front. Its understandable that there is rules..but approach means everything. With this heat i walked in with a water bottle..first visit and first thing i get is this chick hollering to step out and trash my drink. ..wasnt nice about it at all.. I complied. Though she acted like i committed a crime and she was a cop. When i walked back in i told her it was my first visit and maybe her shouting out rude wasn't very nice. And she responded i talk how i talk ..yup! This was sunday 7/25/17. This store hasnt been open long yet it's already being handled with staff who lack customer service. All i heard everywhere was people complaing about the staff. After standing in line 1 hour i just put my stuff down and left. The restrooms were already out of service. The fitting room trash all over the ground.. ..i usuly go to the store in Pico and was 3excited they opened this one because its much closer..but ive noticed the customer service is gettting worst at both locations. I rather pay more and go elsewhere. I love dee dees but they need better management..and training for their staff on how to deal with the public...very unorganized. Today I had a situation at the Dds store 5704 Whittier Commerce, CA. I am not a frequent customer and I had no idea that now you have to wait to pass. What happened is that I entered the store and they had the posts with a tape to pass through, I lifted the tape because I thought they forgot to remove it because they had just opened at 9:33 am on Sunday, October 15, 2023, the security person told me I had to wait and I said no because I thought he was joking but I didn't know I really had to wait and I refused to go in; Then he told his store manager that I told him I wouldn't wait because I thought it was a joke but in reality he had to wait and he told him that he couldn't enter! I don't like problems and I better left and said sorry and thank you but I never saw a sign that said that now you have to wait for them to let you pass. and the security person was talking and that's why I did what I did. I really love going 2 dds i gone 2 many of them. Wen i heard they were opening once close 2 home i was really excitied. So opening was on sat amd i went yesterday tues. 1st of all racks were empty i didnt like the enviorment in there. I would assume they would of had more choices.
