Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Commerce

My first time going inside and my last time. SUPER rude lady (don't know her name but will update when I find out) with an attitude that makes me want to become the manager and fire her. I ordered at 7:26 and waited until 7:35 . Then when people just walking in started getting their orders before me I went up front to ask where my order is. She asked if I was #326 and I could only answer honestly with "no" ,and then she asks if I ordered the burrito, which I did, but it wasn't even the correct number. She tries handing me the bag of OBVIOUSLY cold food. In all honesty I just said I will not be taking that and she gets upset , "I've been calling you're number for 10 minutes". Like, No lady you haven't I'm not number 326. But anyways best part is I come back to my office with the order "prepped again" and its cold :). Everything's cold. She made me wait another 5 minutes so she can make it "again", and yah, nice cold hash brown. Nice cold burrito with nice cold eggs. At least my orange juice is nice and cold thank you. Never going inside again. Only going in once more to update the name of the lady on to my review. Receipt says Oscar, but...

Me and my grandpa came here on a Saturday afternoon to get away from the heat and have lunch but this place is dirty. The tables don't seem to get wiped down and neither does the floor it seems. A lady's son had spilled his drink and she let the staff know. She waited awhile for someone to assist but no one came. My grandpa told her to put the cone there and to go ahead and leave. It took around 15 minutes for someone that looked like a manager to come around and my grandpa told him that the spill was there for awhile... the guy had a tone and said that he'll tell someone to clean it after he got off his break. Another 10 minutes or so passed when finally someone came to clean it. The trash cans were also over filled when we left. I'd say it has very poor management. I've worked in the food industry before and I know that the managers are usually on their employees to keep things clean. This place doesn't seem to care if it's clean or not. Oh, and no, it wasn't packed, so there really...

Ever since they remodeled this location it's set up weird to where when you walk in and you order there's really no place in the front for you to wait you have to kind of go off to the side and it's it's just awkward. They put the soda machine between the registers and the seating area so you're getting your drink and people are ordering the walking past you and bumping you. As far as the restrooms go of course it's customers only and they have to buzz you in so if somebody comes to use the restroom and you're ordering your food the employee buzzing the other customer in has to look to make sure they're walking all the way back all the way back to the door they Buzz them in and then they get back to helping you. I don't know whose bright idea was to do it this way but I wish it would just go back to the old...
