The owner was and is such a jerk dont go there he is a cocky person I purchased a chain and he said he would give me money back for what i paid for it to get a bigger chain so when it was time to change the chain he gave 300.00 less then he was supposed to .

Hello I purchased a ring about a month ago from here ! I’ve always worn 14k rings and 10k rings never ever in my life have they ever turned green !!!! This one left my finger with green !!!! Please if you go here make sure what ur buying is real if you’ve bought here go get it tested some where else, the percent of gold in there jewelry is less then 30% , owners act like there the only one who know about gold !!!! Then he tells me that the “scrap gold” I traded in wasn’t good no sir old gold is the best and purest! The owner makes you feel stupid and in the wrong when he’s the one scamming people, his gold is not good quality it’s cheap and poorly made forgot to mention the fact that they switch up there prices all the time he said he’d give me trade in value at $180 what the ring is worth ,then he pulls out with $140 THEY DONT KEEP THERE WORD DONT GO THERE IF YOU REALLY CARE ABOUT WHAT YOUR WEARING AND WHERE YOUR SPENDING YOUR HARD...

Left side is where I got fixed on my chain, I always come here for basic repairs on any of my jewelry and it has never looked this bad usually I’m not sure who’s doing the repairs but this was pretty sloppy. Since I have been coming here so long I am going to come again but if it’s not the same service I have been getting for years I guess I will have to go else where, even though this spot is like a little hole in the wall and so small and compact, it’s convenient because it is close to me and you guys have been here for a long time especially the workers are super helpful and friendly but this repair has got to be the worst one I have...
