This is the most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with. I have had continual problems getting service from them once I gave them cash for my purchase. The manager is never in the store, every time I ask to speak to her April tells me she in not in. I was able to talk to the manager once and she promised me that all would be taken care of immediately. Then, shortly after that April would call me and change everything. When I told April I was promised a delivery she would say that no tells her anything and no one tells her anything. Today when I call about my delivery not being here when promised, she said no one told her about it again. I told her I wanted to talk to the manager again and she hung up on me. I will NEVER shop or recommend them to anyone. Terrible customer service once they get there commission.
Just got another call from Michael Moore who says he is the owner of this and several other stores. Finally after trying to get my broken chair replaced he made it out to the house and confirmed that I needed a new chair and to go into the Commerce store to pick out another one. I went in and he was there with the manager and told me to pick out one. He left and I did. Becky, the store manager said she would contact corporate and get things worked out. A week later she called and said I had to bending the chair in so there fixer person could keep at it. I told her to have Mr. Moore call me. Nothing for another month. Finally after 5 messages he called back and denied saying anything about replacing it. I have paid 600 dollars for a broken chair. I will tell everyine I kniw about this store and hope that it gets no business and has to close. You can buy better furniture at Good Will and they treat people a lot nicer. NEVER GO TO THIS OR ANY OTHER BADCOCK STORE IN NORTHEAST GEORGIA. They have no idea how to treat people. Especially if you pay cash. Get the...
Read moreHave been calling and requesting for the last two months for someone to come look at my loveseat/recliner because of the way it was leaning and felt broken. So after two months, they call and say they were finally sending someone out. Now its going to be two weeks for some to "repair" my loveseat. No explanation as to why it took so long in the first place for someone to come out. Poor management skills, poor customer service. Seems like they are more worried about receiving payment than to actually try to retain current customers with decent customer service. No communication at all. Always was told "We'll be in touch." Very discouraged!!!!
UPDATE: Called and spoke to someone at customer service as suggested...felt more like a nuisance to the lady on the other end. Corporate is even more of a joke. Read moreWe got a couch up there not long ago back in November noticed that when they came to the house to put it together it wouldn’t stay together and one of the recliners when you sit in it you feel like you’re falling to the left just very uncomfortable when you get up from the any of the recliner it Moves. It seems not to be hooked up right or missing pieces we called they send someone over and told us we need 2 new recliners. Well it’s been a nightmare trying to get them! Every time you call up there there’s always it’s on its way that was back in February in beginning of May we called them told on a Tuesday told us it will Friday well it be 5 weeks and nothing my boyfriend went up there and tried to give us the one on display or oh $200 off anything!
