Well if I could rate this place lower then it would sure deserve it, where do we start with an extremely rude staff or the only auto zone with a different return policy. Ever since the staff change at this location it's gone down hill from there, I have a item under warranty that broke so I went in to order another one and they want another 400+$ to replace it and that hole I'll get my money back when it gets is bull I'm not paying for the the same item twice what a load of bull hockey. who in there right mind would make some one PAY FOR SOMETHING TWICE. Plus the rude manager plus some other lady that works there when I attempted to talk with them about there policy they are the people that will shake there heads make very rude assumptions about there costumer and are to much of a smart mouth to people. I have shopped here a long time and has always thought alot about this store intill now, I will never return I'd rather drive 20+ minutes to advance auto in locust then the 7 minutes it takes to here here I hope something changes soon at...

Apparently I had too many questions for her. I asked about other lights. She didn't answer, just said that was all they had. I wanted to walk back over to where she got it from but she just kept saying cash or card. No helping, just "cash or card". Then when I didn't hear how much she said and repeated a wrong number, her and the other employee threw each other the "look".
