If there is anyone in ownership or upper management reading these reviews I implore you to step in and at the very least take a look at this location and make some changes. I see two key issues at this location.
Out of product issues. In all of our recent visits they have been out of a key product. Chicken, biscuits and tea on different occasions. These are the three headliners right? Famous chicken and biscuits with legendary iced tea? How can this be if they are never available to the customer? Either the employees don't want to work and make more product or the manager is incompetent and can't place orders correctly and keep product in stock. On of the off chance it's a distributor/warehouse issue this could be better communicated to customers and keep the app updated with product outages. Running out of some items is inevitable but to consistently be out of the key items is unacceptable.
Customer service. It's basically non existent here. From the moment you arrive until the minute you leave it seems like the employees believe their sole job is to make you feel as unwelcome as humanly possible and ensure that you never return. I understand it's no one's dream job but there has to be at least a modicum of respect for the customer. It can make the customers happy and your job easier if you are simply polite...
Read moreThis location is only putting half and egg on biscuits. An egg is supposed to be a 2oz ladle. Mine had maybe half of that. Food is expensive enough these days without getting ripped off.
Add-on: After my previous bad experience with this location, I decided to try again because everyone has bad days. My order today was 2 sausage biscuits, a bacon egg and cheese with extra bacon, 2 cajun filets on buns, and a ham on a bun with extra ham. The bacon egg and cheese and the ham did not have the extra. It was around 10:50 am on Friday August 6. The lobby was closed so I couldn't go in to have it fixed and a long drive thru line that I didn't have time to go back through. I was charged for the extra but didn't receive it. Also, the price changed between the speaker and the window, I was told nineteen dollars and some change at the speaker and then twenty-one dollars and some change at the window and wasn't given a receipt. Upper management should check the cameras, I used to work at the Bojangles in Harrisburg and I believe the drive thru employees are ripping the guests off on purpose. This is unacceptable, especially when the lobby is inaccessible to bring...
Read moreIm not a picky eater. I wasnt raised that way. I also typically go to the bojangles in fayetteville and have visited some in raleigh. all in all their menus are the same all across the board but this franchise for some reason was different. I asked for the Four piece dinner, not supreme but just the dinner with the BONE IN and it comes with a biscuit and a side. I got 4 tenders and three biscuits. I didnt ask for three. I asked for my order to be fixed and I said FOUR piece BONE IN. they literally pulled out the most shrivled dried up looking chicken with zero meat and all skin on it. it looked disgusting and unsanitary then they added mash potatoes and cole slaw to my box when I asked for TWO biscuits. nothing else for sides. Typically I’d take it to the jaw and just eat it but the chicken straight up was like the size of my fingers, pathetic and cooked awful. it made me lose all apetite. but Thank you to the manager here for refunding me my $11. I work hard for every cent I earn and Im not wasting it on anything I shouldnt have to including food made my kindergartners who can’t read or...
