On the night of 8-6-2022 my 17 year old daughter and a group of friends went to this particular Pizza Hut for wings. As they were heading to the vehicle my daughter misplaced her car key. Her and her friends then spent about an hour looking for it between the restaurant and outside area where they parked. My daughter proceeded to ask employees if they had seen a single key or if they could pull anything up on their surveillance cameras to help her determine where it might be. They expressed to her that the camera would not pick up the area where she parked. The key was never found so she had to leave her car and I picked them up last night. Today my daughter went back to look for her key considering it was now daylight and she could see better. She proceeded to ask the General Manager Samantha Harper if she or anyone had turned her key in after she left last night, and she was extremely nasty to my daughter and very rude and inconsiderate continuously telling her they donât have her key. As her mom I went to look with her this evening one last time and spoke with the manager on duty seeing as the camera near the area of my daughters car could have possibly caught something to help us determine where it could have gone. She proceeded to check their safe and called Samantha Harper on the phone and boy did she have a lot to say about us continuing to ask her employees about anything concerning my daughters car key. As stated from the manager on duty tonight per Mrs. Samantha Harper â Do not come back asking about the car key no one stole it, and if it happens again we will be banned from the restaurant and demanded my daughters car be moved by 4 pm tomorrow or it will be towedâ You could tell the manager didnât want to relay the information and was quite puzzled by her anger over a car key that weâre just trying to find to get her car home and not have to spend $200 on getting a locksmith out to cut a new key. Talk about a lack of care and compassion for customers that patronize your restaurant quite frequently seeing as we are literally 5 minutes away. Myself and my teenagers love the hot wings there and after this encounter we will never spend another dime there again. This review will certainly be followed by a formal complaint as soon as I hear back from the area coach Courtney. And then the worker was telling me that so many calls were calling that they said âIt was ridiculous and Iâm not taking your orderâ. I said it calmly âokay I would like a large pizza with half Hawaiian and half pepperoniâ. And she said whatâs the topping and I was kind of confused what she meant like didnât she heard what I said for my order. Nostalgia had me in the mood for a Pizza Hut pan pizza recently and thought Iâd give the this location a try. Weâre now going on our fourth order this month! This location has single handedly restored my love for Pizza Hut. I didnât review after our first visit because with chains being so inconsistent lately, maybe I hit them on a good day. To the contrary - every visit for us has been exactly the same. Customer service is outstanding - we pick up using the drive thru. Every time, the staff has been courteous and efficient. And the pizza? Took me back to my childhood - perfection. Every single pizza weâve gotten at this location has been top quality. Thank you and please, whatever youâre doing, keep it up.
