Overcharged over sweet general tao chicken. The pork fried rice was bland for a large. It was not large and I got a small box of rice for $17. Got a long leg donāt think it was a chicken leg. Never seen general Tao with a long leg in it. The food was drenched in sweetness. The once in a blue time I get Chinese food it was tooooo sweet, weird pieces of supposed chicken and way over price for a regular size dish. When I asked how much chicken wings she said four pieces are $9, I said no thnx. Then asked if that lady if they had crab sticks she said no. I said you guys donāt have that because every other Chinese does she said hmmmm and spoke Chinese in a snobby way. She is lucky I was in a great mood. Then I pick up my food and she said you want sauce you get it there and walked away no thank you for coming and have a good day. Check your nasty altitude, if we stop spending you will not have a job and you will be shut down. Treat all your customers good and be friendly and actually cook fresh food and stop reheating old food . Iām done buying Chinese food in Nc it sucks and I cook ten times better at home. Garbage and a waste of money and nasty customer service. Iām done buying Chinese food in Nc it is nasty n the service is nasty. do not support these people that do not appreciate your...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAlways went to this place when I lived in the area, so I guess my wife and I have gotten used to a nice quality standard of Chinese fast food. But I moved to the other side of concord, yet with more than a few Chinese restaurants in between our new place and this restaurant, let's just say we never knew actually how high the bar really was, by comparison to all the locations in between. Sadly to say it is a good 18 mins away now. I still find my way back over there for our Chinese food. On another note, since my wife works close to this place anyway, I tend to drop her some flowers, sesame chicken, and crab rangoon. This time someone forgot to add my crab rangoon into the bag. I usually never go back when stuff like this happens, but that was the favorite part of the meal. So, I head back, didn't mention it at all, because I didn't want any confrontation about it, nor did I grab the receipt. I'm not sure who he was(middle aged asian male), realized I came in 40 mins ago and gave me an order that I came to pay for and another order for free for the inconvenience. I guess they realized someone had forgotten it. I definitely recommend this place to anyone...
