We had an absolute blast axe throwing—and a huge part of that was thanks to Chloe, our amazing instructor! From the moment we arrived, she made everyone feel comfortable and confident, even though none of us had ever picked up an axe before.

Chloe explained everything clearly and made safety a top priority while still keeping the energy high and the vibe fun. She gave great tips on technique and form, and within minutes, we were sticking axes like pros (well most of us)! Her encouragement and sense of humor made the whole experience even better.

The owners (husband and wife duo) went above and beyond for our group of 8!!! They made it their mission to help our daughter get her first “stick!” (This was her third visit there and it’s never happened for her. She was in a wheelchair the first time and her walker the second visits.) It took 40+ minutes on this visit, but she finally did it!! They took the time to coach her, encourage her, adapt axes on the spot, and continue to work with her past our designated time to make it happen. It was the best experience and an unforgettable moment for our daughter and our family!! She not only did it once, but four times. She can’t wait to go back. We can’t thank them enough!! We highly recommend this experience for anyone...

I’ve been throwing at Iron Axe Society for a since they opened in January. This place is great, good people, beer and throwing axes, what more could you ask for. There is wine too, for those of you who throw axes with two fingers and their pinky out to the side. The owners, Frank and Ashlyn, are awesome, they’re friendly and always willing to help.
