I can not express enough how amazing Jessica Bates is at doing hair! She has done the best work on my very long damaged thick curly hair that I had been dying black for many years.... She gently & with the best transition got my hair to a very light brown/ blond that I wanted for summer & to make a big change. I then continued to want a different look every time I came to Jessica & she was graciously happy to help! Keeping in mind the look for me & the health of my hair. I can always get worked in her busy schedule & our time spent doing my hair is always so very pleasant & comfortable. She is a GEM & so sweet!
