Disappointed to say the least. I came in your location with my daughter while trying to kill some time and was pleasantly surprised. I found a bunch of cute stuff and dropped $150+ in one purchase. Everyone was kind and I was excited to tell my family about the experience. Well, a week later my two daughters went in on their own. After walking around for a bit, one of my daughters decided to buy a trinket while the other put back a key chain she decided not to get. The lady at the counter had the nerve to ask her what happened to the key chain she was carrying, more then less, accusing her of stealing! My daughters dress different from the norm, and your staff needs to realize money comes in all types of people these days!! Its gross to judge peoples appearances and has lead to you losing 5 customers in one failed judgment of my daughter! And just so your aware of how wrong you are... my daughter is a full time, honors student in HS. She works a part-time job in the community on wknds and evenings after school! I normally love this place. Fun stuff in there! However, yesterday was a little off on customer service. When I walked in, lady says, "if there's anything I can help you with, let me know." I found a shirt I liked, but wrong size, so I asked her for help. She says, "I'll be with you in a minute, just check the lower shelves." I did, no luck.
