Staples — Local services in Four Corners States

Incredible service provided by the kindest people! I walked in to this store frantically hoping to have flyers made for my brother's dog that wandered away from our camp more than 24 hours earlier. Alyssa, immediately showed me how to email the picture of Rosie, and got started pulling up the forms and asking for the pertinent info...even reminding me that I had forgotten to give the location. She made suggestions that were helpful, and made sure that everything was correct. She found a coupon that applied which saved me considerably, and was so considerate of what I was going through. After she provided the copies (which looked great), she directed me to Jeremy, who put one of the flyers on their community message board. Jeremy was also very kind and helpful. I walked in, expecting to be set up with a terminal where I'd have to figure it out myself, but instead of that, (which would have easily taken the better part of an hour) I was out the door probably within 15 minutes with my copies. I'm extremely grateful to these good people, especially Alyssa, and I highly recommend this business. Rosie found us the next day...sore and hungry, but unscathed. I cannot rule out that she saw one of Alyssa's flyers and returned out...

Not a good equipment for scans or prints. They were also a bit rude when I came in trying to explain a scan I got a few weeks ago had lines in it. I simply asked if they could scan it again because I assumed that there could have just been dirt or dust on the scanner and it wasn't a big deal. They then tried to tell me I was seeing things or that the lines were on my artwork or I was just seeing the cracks on my screen, even after I explained that the lines were very clear on the computer and on my own test prints as well. I was trying to be polite and I understand that scans sometimes don't always come out perfectly, I even said I was willing to pay again but they had an attitude and I could hear them talking about it when I was literally standing right there. Not sure why they had such an issue redoing a $3 scan. Regardless the new scan still came out with lines so obviously the scanners here need maintenance or are not very good quality, the scan is unusable so I will have to go elsewhere anyways. Was very disappointed because I got another art scan and print a couple years ago and the women who helped me then was very kind and helpful and they...

ACTUALLY, THE MOST INTERESTING AND MONEY SAVING FACT THAT "ACCIDENTALLY" I FOUND OUT JUST TODAY IS THAT WHATEVER ITEM(S) YOU ARE BUYING.....YOU CAN REQUEST THAT THEY DO AN INTERNET SEARCH FOR "ALL" ...YES, I SAID, ALL COMPARABLE ITEMS.

THEY WILL GO ON LINE AND DO A QUICK INTERNET SEARCH AND MATCH THE CHEAPEST PRICE OF JUST ABOUT ANY SUPPLIER.

FOR EXAMPLE, I WANTED TO BUY A DOUBLE PACK OF 16GB MEMORY CARDS FOR MY CAMERA. STAPLES WANTED $25 FOR THEM....AMAZON, HOWEVER, WANTED ONLY $15 FOR THE EXACT SAME ITEM.

MUCH TO MY DELIGHT I SAVED $10 AND IMMEDIATELY HAD THE ITEM AND DIDN'T HAVE TO WAIT FOR IT TO COME IN THE MAIL.

THEY TOLD ME THAT YOU MUST ASK THEM TO DO A QUICK INTERNET SEARCH FOR THE BEST PRICE OF ITEMS...THEY USUALLY DON'T OFFER TO DO THE SEARCH FOR YOU.

I HAD NO IDEA THAT THEY WOULD DO A QUICK SEARCH FOR YOU.

GREAT NEWS AND SAVINGS FOR THE CONSUMER.

IT WOULD BE WISE TO DO A SEARCH ON YOUR OWN IN CASE THEY ARE REALLY BUSY AND YOU MIGHT MAKE THE OTHER SHOPPERS HAVE TO WAIT.
