I normally don’t leave reviews, but I’m so tired of these people, The last two times I’ve came through this drive-through. They’ve had such a bad attitude, no matter how kind you are and patient you are with them they seem to still have attitudes. I asked for extra caramel drizzle both times they haven’t given me that so this last time that I came, I asked for caramel drizzle and I told the lady that Every time I’ve asked for caramel drizzle they didn’t give me it so I’m wondering if they could do that and normally they line the cup. She said you have to specially request that which I’ve never had to do at any Starbucks location. I asked for it. I get to the front she hand me a cup with a covered bottom rather than clear I am assuming because they didn’t want me to see that they didn’t put extra drizzle. I end up opening the lid and I’m scraping the sides And I drink the drink, and there is no extra caramel. I think it was very rude and Deceiving as it’s just extra drizzle very petty. Read moreWe stopped into Starbucks, which is frequented by us numerous times a week via drive-thru to get 8-10 pages signed and notorized. Having gone through this numerous times, explanations of the documents were not needed which I would have understood could have caused a little disruption.
Within minutes, Anthony came over to us and asked if we were buying anything today and if not, we needed to leave. Their fine print policy no longer allows for this. We were shocked and thought it was a joke, but he clearly was not kidding.
We continued as planned and left immediately after finishing the process, which took 8 minutes of our time, plus a few minutes for his explanation and him pointing at signs around the building, which are quite unreadable from the outside of the main entrance.
Our community should not, and likely will not, support such a ridiculous ruleset. Everyone was in a state of surprise around us as this occurred.

Two days the decaf machine was 'broken', but I had already ordered on the app. They wouldn't do a pour over. Now I'm writing this as I'm waiting in the drive thru for a single Americano I pre-ordered on the app to pickup inside, but the lobby is closed... again. I mentioned that they really need to update their app as it seems inefficient to order ahead just to wait in line for 30 minutes to get lukewarm espresso; the response I got was 'see you at the window'. I'm not trying to be a complainer, it's just the whole point of ordering ahead is to expedite the process. I see what looks like 4 employees inside at 10:20 in the morning.
