Bought something 4 days ago, yes it was on sale (10% off?) and was told at the time of purchase that I had 7 days to return it, or exchange, or store credit. I went today to exchange it, for something in a different size. I was told “unfortunately it is a sale item and all sales are final”. However your printed receipts do say that, but they state they are final for refunds, NOT an exchange. Even if I wanted to exchange it for something off of the same sale rack? This shop is 2 counties away from my home, and I made that same trek back today, with a sick 2 year old grandchild and was not even heard, she made no concessions what so ever, and obviously didn’t care about her employer’s overall image. THE best boutique I have shopped at, and will continue to shop at! The employees were great to me and made sure I was very comfortable while shopping. I will never be able to go to another boutique after shopping at TRUE, because there is no other boutique that will spend one on one time with you and help you find a perfect outfit for any occasion. All of there products are GREAT quality! Plus they also have great knowledge of all of their products that they carry!
