Helpful staff who go the extra mile. I needed a washer for a chainsaw, I called and described the problem and part. On the phone the staff looked up the part, which was out of stock. I went in anyways to make sure that i was ordering the correct part. The staff member, Micheal, decided to double check the inventory despite the computer showing the part was not on hand. He found it, $3.22 later my saw was running again.
