Carmel Valley Coffee Roasting-Crossroads — Restaurant in Monterey

The coffee here at Carmel Valley Coffee was great, I came here with my mom. She ordered a white mocha with the flavor of toasted marshmallow (Fireside Bevvy) and described it to be smooth and not bitter, with just the right amount of sweetness. I ordered a latte with the flavor of honey and lavender and added vanilla cold foam, being rich in flavor and with a nice subtle hint of lavender. We also got the cinnamon roll which was a bit disappointing as it was kind of dry and wasn't anything special, though it was very pretty and appealing. I will be coming back next time I return...

Great coffee but horrible service. The unappealing lady in the front lacked costumer service, people skills, and overall had no desire for her job. I was trying to order when she told me to take my time but then had me step out of line because I didn’t know what I wanted within five seconds. When I finally Place my order she was rude about it and went on her phone and then had no communication skills. The coffee was great but the greasy girl in the front wasn’t don’t get a job in customer service if you’re not going to have customer...

Fantastic Darkroast and Fog-lifter and baked goods. I always like to support local coffee houses when I can and this one was not only good, it was comfortable and relaxing. The staff were pleasant and helpful on local directions. It was my pit stop the two days I was in Carmel... recommended.
