Worst setup for an arcade. You have to buy a card to use to purchase credits. Even worse kiosks are the only way to make said purchase. During purchase on screen prompts state 3 credits will be deducted for any new card purchase, reasonable but doesn’t make much sense for me to be charged for a card to play games when I am already bringing your company business. So I decided to purchase the $15/149 point card, which minus 3 points for a new card would total 146 points correct? You would be wrong as the card printed with only 126 points. I then inquired and was told that I had 139 points on the card being that I purchased 126 and had 13 bonus points. What that makes no logical sense and no where on the screen during purchase does it explain that is how the points would be broken down. Even further 139 is not 146. But the owner tried to convince me my math skills were horrible and his machines don’t...
Read moreI’ve been coming to this campground for over a year and love it, but the arcade experience was terrible. After a great dinner at the pier, we went to the arcade, spent $20 on an arcade card, and started playing. At 7:55, a lady rudely told us they were closing. I asked if I could use the rest of my balance. Then, at exactly 8:00, while I was in the middle of a game, she locked the door and kicked us out….very RUDELY It’s ridiculous—online it says they close at 9, not 8. They couldn’t give us 5 extra minutes, and I didn’t even get to use my tickets to get a “prize.” Truly a disappointing experience. Makes me never want to go back there even though I...
