If I could leave a negative 5 I would! First of all, we ordered the “loaded nachos” which came with 5 nacho chips, no meat (but on the menu says loaded with meat and toppings), and the 10 wings. We asked could we have 2 flavors on the wings and they said no! They could give us naked wings and put the “SAUCES” on the side. So we ordered garlic parmesan & Caribbean jerk SAUCES! It took 40 min for our food to come out and it wasn’t even busy! Like I said the nachos came with 5 chips and barely anything on them. AND we didn’t even complain about the nachos, OR the wait! Then we got the wings!!!! Stark white, uncooked wings with a teaspoon of garlic sauce on the side and a tablespoon of a mix of dry salt and pepper (supposed to be Caribbean jerk SAUCE). We said we weren’t happy about the wings and they could take them back. The, what I assume is the manager came over, twisting her neck around asking “oh you have a problem with the wings??” We explained this is not what we expected. She said if you go anywhere else this is Caribbean jerk. We said no, adding salt and pepper is Not Caribbean jerk. She had the worst attitude kept turning back to our table being extremely confrontational wanting to argue and fight. I have no idea who this lady was. Didn’t introduce herself as a manager or anything. I am a manager and would NEVER act this way with a customer. I will never return. This is ridiculous and uncalled for AND she’s lucky we were calm and ignored her ignorance because she will act this unprofessional with the wrong people and they will react to her in a way she isn’t ready for! First off, please get rid of the dude who looks likes Jeff Lowe. His "I don't really care" attitude illuminates and in the worst way possible. We walked in on a Sunday afternoon (3:30 ish) after spending some time on the beach to what was not empty, but not extremely busy either. We were greeted, ordered drinks,given time to look at the menu, and then received our drinks. At this time, we see two other female servers, who might I add were working their tail off. These ladies were receiving their orders at what was a pretty decent pace. About 30 minutes after we order another couple has arrived and ordered as well. During this time, our server has not come to assure us that our food was taking a minute or that he kitchen was behind and needed to "restock everything" as he later mentioned. The couple which walked in and ordered after us, received their food first. He comes, checks on them, asks how everything is doing, but does not say anything to us. After all three of us are watching him work the bar as well, he decided to walk over and finally ask us how we were doing. "Hi, we had ordered some lunch as well." "I know, I'm still waiting on it." And just walks away. Another half hour, and it is about 4:20 and still no food. We get ready to get up and just leave, but a friend decided he wanted to at least pay for the drinks. He then signals that he has our food, and brings my friend another beer. He then tells him it's on the house and that he would take our sandwich off the bill. Don't even get my started on the food. Wings were dry, no flavor just sauce. My friends chicken Parm sandwich was all bread, cheese and sauce. Just not a good...

I had such a horrible experience at this place. Never have I ever felt so disrespected in my life. I went there with a few coworkers for some drinks and dinner. We walked in and seated ourselves and my friend went to the bar to get us drinks. There was a waitress, Emily, who first stated she would be over to our table but when my other coworker went to the bar she then stated that we had to order at the bar. When we tried to order drinks, we went to show her ID and without even checking them she started waving her hands stating she can’t take any order without receiving a card to put on file first. Two of my coworkers didn’t have their ID so she couldn’t serve them alcohol so they ordered regular drinks. Her attitude was very rude and disrespectful. After ordering our food, she brought it to our table and threw it on the table and walked away without offering us utensils or anything. After complaining to the owner, another worker named Wes came over to apologize for her actions and then offered to bring us shots. It was ironic because she refused to serve them alcoholic drinks due to them not having an ID but was now offering to bring us shots. Not to mention as we were sitting there, no one else that came through the door after us was ID’d when they came to order a drink. The customer service was absolutely distasteful. We will never ever return back to this restaurant. And to make matters worse, the owner stated that she does this all the time and would you like me to choke her out. He also stated that she is the girlfriend of his son. Which lets me know that her behavior is accepted on a regular basis. Such a disgraceful and...
