You can't try on anything, but you can't return it if it doesn't fit. Additionally, the cashier charged me for 2 items that I did not purchase. When I brought this to her attention, it was clear that this was intentional. No apology or reversal of my receipt. She gave me the different in cash instead. Make sure you check your receipt before leaving the store. I am pretty certain that this was not her first time doing this. Also, I was asked if I wanted my receipt. Imagine the number of people who don't get their receipt and don't verify their purchase in this tourist area. If you visit this store, make sure you get a receipt and review it before you leave. I’ve been shopping at this clothing bins store since it opened and have recommended it to plenty of people, but my experience today was disappointing. The posted hours clearly state the store closes at 8:00pm, yet the manager rushed me out at 7:40pm, insisting they actually close at 7:45. If that’s the case, why isn’t it posted anywhere? Because according to your social media and websites, its 8pm. Customers deserve clarity and consistency, especially those who support your business regularly. Love this place...like Love it. Only downfall is it better fit you or who ever you buy for because their are no returns or exchanges all sales are final. We are there all the time with our dog and we were there Thursday March 3rd and bought about $80.00 worth of stuff and today we tried to return the couch cover as we bought a couch yesterday and we were unable to return or exchange.
