NOTO Permanent Aesthetics is awesome & Fi is absolutely amazing!! I had a horrible experience with another person who was supposed to do my brows & I never ended up using her. I found Fi instead, and now I am SO grateful that I had that bad experience with the other lady, because otherwise I’d have never met Fi! Everything really does happen for a reason. 😊 Fi is reasonably priced, professional, easygoing, fun, and most importantly, extremely talented at doing brows! She is everything you would want in a beauty professional. I was nervous to trust the process & Fi completely reassured me. Her obvious expertise in this field also really put me at ease. She used the powder technique, which looks super natural & just beautiful. I’m a perfectionist & I was thrilled to discover that so is Fi! She will not let you leave unless ur brows are 💯.

My brows were very patchy & had never grown back properly because I over plucked them in the 90’s when thin brows were the look. I’m going to attach a pic of how my brows looked before and a couple of how they look now, after they’re healed. Micro blading makes such a difference in your appearance & your confidence, not to mention saving me about 20 mins off my beauty routine! (Which is extremely helpful to someone like me, who has a chronic illness & needs all the time they can get in the morning.) I used to spend a lot of time perfecting my brows. If you have been contemplating getting powder brows, but are feeling apprehensive like I was, believe me, you will be in great hands at NOTO! Like so many, for years I have wanted to get up and go and not have to deal with filling in my brows. Well, I no longer have that concern. Thanks to Fi at NOTO, I now have defined and natural brows! I was referred to Fi by a mutual friend and upon our initial communication, I knew I would be in good hands. She was so kind and I immediately felt the passion and pride she has for her skill. She provided detailed pre-care instructions (also provided on the website), answered all questions, and eased my mind about the procedure. Upon entering the facility, I was impressed with the aesthetic, cleanliness, and just how welcoming and calming it felt. Fi welcomed me with a friendly smile, we discussed the look I was going for and went over the health questionnaire. Before getting started, Fi made sure that I was comfortable, encouraged any necessary breaks and explained each step during the procedure, once again making sure I was comfortable. Her skill is exceptional and the care of her clients is one to emulate. At the end of the procedure she gave thorough post-care instructions, which were also written out and tucked in the cutest pouch. I left NOTO feeling extremely happy with my new brows, no longer concerned about making sure my brows are just right or smudging by the middle of the day. I’m grateful to have been referred to Fi. LOVE MY BROWS! I never really had much in the way of brows to begin with, but after having my son, it was almost non-existent. Nobody told me, but apparently pregnancy can do that to you. Oh yeah, and aging is another factor. Fun! I was fortunate enough to have seen Fee's work first hand. It was then that I decided brow enhancements were the way to go.

I was so impressed with my experience with Fee. She is highly knowledgeable and a true professional. First thing I noticed is how respectful Fee is about the work I wanted done. She took the time to really understand the results I was going for, answered all my questions and offered great suggestions and alternatives to achieve a better result.

Fee is warm, friendly and cared about my well-being. My first clue was when I read the pre and post care instructions on her website. That information is available to everyone regardless of whether they are a client or not. She constantly checked in on me to make sure I wasn't feeling any discomfort. She put my mind at ease and showed me the new unwrapped needle before each session. Also, I watched her meticulous attention to cleanliness. ( I used to be in food service so I am very vigilant about cross-contamination. Fee was spot on with washing hands and changing gloves.)

I highly recommend Fee for any work you want done. Get there anyway you can. I live in Philly and drove down to Wilmington, DE to her super cute studio. It was so worth the drive.
