I will never do business with Aaron's again. First of all, the way they hound people whose bills just became due is beyond ridiculous. They will literally call back to back, all while they have someone out to my house making a house call. And what's even worse than that is, my bill wasn't even more than 3 days past due. Two of those times I had made a partial payment, I was at work, and my mother called to tell me that they had just came to the house about my bill. A bill that just became due 2 days ago, that they've already received a partial payment for, they decided to send someone out to my house. But the thing that has me most baffled is the fact that I paid $450+ for an item I never received. And when I called them to tell them they needed to remove that item from my account because I was still paying for it, but I didn't have it, Valorie, which is the store manager, practically tried to call me a liar. And then when she confirmed that I actually DID NOT have the item, she did not call back like she said she would. I ended up having to call her. And she did not apologize for implying that I was lying, she didn't offer a refund for the over payment, she didn't offer a store credit, nor did she offer to apply the over payment amount to my remaining balance. $450+ is a lot of money to be throwing down the drain for absolutely no reason. They got $450+ of free money out of me, but I can assure you, it'll never happen again. My account is paid out now. The only way they can fix that, is to send a reimbursement check in the amount of the over payment because trying to do a store credit now is out of the question. I will also say this. When you become a customer with Aaron’s, they have you to sign a paper saying that if there’s ever an issue between you and the store, that you would not take legal action. The reason for the 2 stars is I have never been late on a payment and I missed one and they have the nerve to call me up a week later at 8am on a Saturday to tell me if I don't make at least a half payment there going to come and get the cheaply made China couch's that is way over priced a 50 in lg 4kuhd smart TV witch after paying it off would had been like $13xx. But my main thing is the 8AM CALL ON A SATURDAY WAKES ME and tell me "not trying to be rude but if u cant make least half payment where going to come get it and hold it till u make ur payment.. well they don't open up till 10am every day.. so y would I be getting a call at 8am if they don't open at 10am..well I will say this cuz by the time they open they want to come and take the stuff back . U don't run a business like that cuz that's how u will lose customers. They will work with ya on payments but as soon as u miss one there ready to come and seize the products. It's sad to say I won't be getting anything else from them and 2 if anyone wants to be ripped off go to Aaron's...cuz ur better off getting ur TV's and couches from Walmart for like a 1/8 of the coast.. and also paying all that does not help ur personal credit all it does it build a good credit...
