I called today and spoke with someone to inform that I did not say anything about them on Facebook. I also don't appreciate someone slandering me. I did do business with them in 2015 and they were very helpful,and friendly. I went back 2016 due to that fact. But my experience this time was horrible and so I decided that I will not ever go back. But once again I did not see any reason to say anything negative. However, I found out from my child that they were, and still are saying hurtfull lies about me. That is not a way to do business. You want customers to rate you, but if you don't receive the rating that you want, you become rude and start to falsely accusing your customers. Shame on you. I wonder how many customers you have done this to, and how many others you will do it to when you do not get the rating that you want. That is very sad. Customers have the right to there options. I cannot control what others say. A lot of hurtfull lies were said about me, But, I still wish you and your business well. God Bless.

Read moreDon’t get me wrong, this place has amazing gear. My girlfriend spent about $1,500 on gear two weeks ago. The owner, Ted, was friendly and told us to come back if anything didn’t fit perfect in the future. However, when my girlfriend tried returning a pair of boots today, Ted claimed they looked too worn to accept. He said they had to have been ridden on the mountain, even though they were still in brand new condition and still had the tags on them. They had not been worn outside of my house for a 5 minute try on. After arguing with him we managed to get 100 dollars of store credit, about half of what she spent on the boots.
Very impressed with the store selection and the initial service. VERY unimpressed with the return experience. It was like two different people. Amazing selection here, but make sure you LOVE what you get because Ted will give you trouble if you try to return something that is clearly still brand new and unused. When I called, I spoke to Kim, she was super friendly, engaging, knowledgeable and listened to everything I had to say. Even let me ramble on a bit. When I came in the next day she knew exactly who I was and what I was in the market for. She walked me around, describing & Explaining everything I was looking at from Boards to Bindings. She made me feel like I was the only customer in the shop even though that wasn't the case. I was there for a few hours and I never felt rushed for a second. Ted tagged in every now and again as well, offering suggestions and pointing things out as well even though he was busy with other customers.
Kim & Ted were both awesome and super personable! I got a great price on a new board and bindings that suited MY needs and price range. I'm glad I came in. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Boarder Patrol to anyone.
