UberBlast — Attraction in Conway

The affordable cost inclined me to visit UberBlast and play mini golf, but the wonderful time I had with my family leaves me with no choice but to write this review. It’s not hard to notice that just down the road from UberBlast is a competitor, and after experiencing both, it saddens me that UberBlast had fewer customers. The creativity of the course designer shines, as well as the attention to detail. Each hole was a new adventure, and the experience was tailored so all could enjoy it. The course was well maintained with little debris on the greens. Even as rain began, we had to persist with our round because we knew just how much of a gem this place was. It was okay. Very cheap but understandable considering the condition of the course and indoor facilities. It is old and falling apart. On I what was believe to be Hole 14, the bricks on which you are supposed to stand were loose and falling down the hill. Only the first and a separate fifth hole are wheelchair accessible with the second fifth hole advertising this despite the obvious wall that blocks the path to the next hole. Each sign displaying the number of the hole is marred with graffiti. Upon seeing the sign for the seventh hole my immediate reaction was that it was crooked and looked like a one at first glance. And sure enough, quite a few few had marked SEVEN on the sign. Overall, it was a tolerable experience. But I did enjoy the difficulty...

Taking it with a grain of salt, this was one of the biggest disappointments in our trip to North Conway. Our trip was plagued with rain, and looking for a dry activity for our 10 and 12 yr old, I thought this would be a fun outing. I was horribly wrong. The game selection was pathetic, even for a small operation in NH. 25% of the games my boys tried to play were broken. Add that to the disgruntled employees, who were less than helpful when asked to address yet another broken gaming machine, and you have a picture perfect wasted outing. Avoid this business...
