As a local, this was the worst experience I've had at any restaurant in the valley. Not only a local but someone who also works in hospitality and in the valley. The bartender, Bryan, was our server. Slow evening maybe 8 people at the bar top and two other tables. I order the NY sirloin and asked for it midrare. When our dinners came out the steak was over cooked and I asked for a new steak to be cooked to the temp I requested. Immediately I got attitude from the bartender telling me I was wrong and the temp was cooked to a mid to midwell temp. He was correct, it was, but I had asked for midrare. 30 mins later he brought my dinner back out and by this time my husband and son are done with their dinner and I'm no longer willing to wait and make my family wait. I then asked for a To-go box because not only was I was just disgusted with the attitude I was given but also how long I had to wait for a remake. When I asked for a box, more attitude from the bartender. Being someone who works in hospitality and has for the past 10 years I was taken back. I know the customer is not always right, but sometimes they are. I told him I no longer wanted the meal and asked for it to be removed from my bill. He refused and told me I was paying for it, even though I wasn't going to eat it. He then took it off the bill and gave the meal to a guest at the bar while also talking about me. I've recommended this restaurant to plenty of other people, off of experiences from family and friends who live in the area and have eaten here. After this first hand experience I will not be recommending this establishment nor...

We stopped because the woman at the front desk of our hotel recommended your restaurant. She said the chicken tenders were the best and when we pulled in the sign said kids play area so we were happy about that when it came to our food not so much. We were greeted promptly and were accommadated quickly. Our waitress was very nice but must have been new. We ordered the chicken tenders they were very good juicy and hot so we expected that our meals would be just as good and as hot not the case. We ordered 2 kids burgers the special horseraddish cheeseburger the steak sandwich and the 2 hot dogs nothing fancy not too difficult to prepare. Everything came out cold the burgers were all dry so much so that my 8 year old granddaughter said so and she never complains. The roll for my husbands burger was stale and he never complains he will eat whatever is put in front of him. The kids drinks were outrageously priced for the size especially where many places include a fountain drink with the kid meals considering how small they are. The salt shaker was empty the sugar packet container was empty as well and it was only 4:45 when we arrived. It was not so busy that these things could not have been replenished. That being said my martini was very good the kids area was perfect for little ones to be entertained while you wait for your food and wait we did. We were greatly disappointed especially where we spent $100.00 including the tip and tax. Our meals averaged $20.00 per person not that it is a ton of money. Sad to say but for what we got we could have recieved a better meal at McDonalds for...

Came on a Saturday night at 7:30pm in July. We were staying right next door and walked over because they weren't answering the phone and every other restaurant we called ahead to had an hour wait.

The nice man at the desk got our family of 4 right in, hooray! There was a good live music performer on for the first half hour. The server came over within a couple minutes and took our drink order, came right back with bevvies (the lemon drop martini and manhattans are excellent!) and took our food order which included a surf and turf for the hubby so we expected a wait for proper cooking time.

Food came out in a reasonable amount of time and was delicious! Kids had the chicken tenders and I ordered the Tuckerman Ravine Chicken. Portions were more than generous and everything was cooked well.

A larger party (12-14 ppl?) came in just as my husband ordered his last drink - we were almost done eating - and unfortunately it took almost a half hour for his drink to be delivered to our table. Our server seemed to be the only one taking orders, there were a couple of food runners and a bartender, but she was clearly overwhelmed by the large party. We wished he hadn't ordered it as we waited for the check but understood why it took so long. When he finally got the Manhattan it was very good. Overall an great experience. I'd recommend this restaurant to families looking for...

The vibe is nice and the staff is friendly, after that Eh. Called the bar before we arrived and they advertised social distancing restrictions which made us feel safe after listening to the voicemail. When we arrived at the bar a man stood at a table and told us that the Govenor of NH only recommends masks not requires it and tells us that we may expect guests and staff not wearing masks and if we are uncomfortable we can "leave" (I dont know how that works when you order food). When we first arrived the indoor area was practically empty and we sat by tables at the bar. By the time we left the restaurant was packed full. The staff is disorganized but friendly, and we never had the same server and got our drinks served by the only staff member not wearing a mask. The food was okay and the menu was limited due to covid. Overall, our experience here was tainted through no fault of their own but it did leave a bad taste in our mouths. When we got home we ended up quarantining for two weeks even though NH is considered a "safe" state to travel to.

We found this place, which appeared kind of removed from the streets, not too fancy. We were greeted by a very friendly young lady, who asked us what kind of table we would prefer. The bartender then came over and introduced himself and took our drink order, asking if we liked vodka spritzers. We ended up ordering a drink that he had made up on his own that day, and was very happy we did as it was delicious. my fiancé ordered steak tips and I had the Tuckerman ravine chicken. Both meals were delicious. The bartender/waiter was super friendly, checking in on us occasionally to make sure that we were happy. After being hesitant based on the view from the street, we are so happy that we stopped in. Between the super friendly staff and the absolutely delicious food and cocktails, we will definitely be stopping back for our next visit in the area.

A bit pricey but you get tons of pretty good food for what you pay. Wasn't busy at all on a Sunday night. Waitresses were very attentive and nice. The menu has a good bit of variety of choices... basic New England restaurant picks, like lobster rolls, clam chowder, burgers, pasta, and others. Ordered the cheesy fries, the shrimp fra diavolo, and chicken tenders. HUGE portions of food, so again, you get what you pay for. Cheesy fries were good: crispy and covered with a handful of real bacon pieces, scallions, and cheese. Shrimp fra diavolo was pretty spicy but good. My wife liked the chicken tenders and her onion rings were the size of bangles... she said they seemed beer-battered. Definitely kid-friendly... there's even a small play place for toddlers. Kids menus had the usual basic fare, which is fine. Wouldn't mind coming here again!
