Honestly could not find a more informative and helpful staff. I have been shopping here since june of 2017 and have never had a bad experience. Everytime I go in everyone recognizes me and makes it a point to make each visit enjoyable and unique. I have bought over 7 vape mods and 6 tanks countless amounts of juice and coils from this location and have always been pleased with what I recieve. If I am ever hesitant about one of their products they provide me with accurate information about it and may even suggest something else based on what I say I am looking for. The woman at the jewelry counter is the most helpful and caring. Once you get back to the back room you have a few good apples back there, not many. Or you have 1 that says will help and then you go in to have an issue resolved and in the end they just wanted you to come in the store to tell you they cant fix it but you can buy a more expensive one and see if it works.... it was truly a fight to get you to see that the product was malfunctioning and what we needed to do to fix it. Bought the hair dye for my daughter, ended up with a product that doesn't work and they will not trade for one that does.. will not be going back...

Rude, crude, inconsiderate, and the best of all be careful to walk around with your hands in the air until at register even then be careful. They will do and say ANYTHING to find a way to accuse you of theft. Not only personal experience (more than once) but also from other complaints I've seen,read and heard.
