Buff City Soap — Local services in Conway

As much as I LOVE this product I can not speak for this particular shop. The laundry detergent is my favorite, but quality control is important. I have a long history of using this product and buy it for people as gifts. This particular store has always been a bit poor service, but this last time it was poor service and product. For something that I buy a lot of, and spend good money on I like to get the same quality of product. This time after horrific service I got 12 refills of laundry soap with almost no smell at all, and wrong amount of each smell. After contacting the management team to complain about the quality vs cost issue, as well as for the service I was told "sorry, and have a nice day". The response should have been "how can we fix this, and make this right." I can think of 3 possibilities right off the top of my head "bring in and let us remix them for you, let us send you a gcard, or let us send you some scent boosters to help compensate for this".....but I don't manage the store. The management is evidently where the poor customer service stems from. I will be returning all of my product and going to a different store to get a better product. Again the product quality and good service is imperative for your business. Buff City Soap should be concerned about this location. Ive been Using this soap for 2yrs straight and only ever had issues with this location. Hot Springs, Fayetteville, Memphis, and Springfield have been delightful...

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Walking into this place makes me feel at peace and so welcome to shop with the aesthetically pleasing setup, inviting scents, and stellar staff. They not only make me feel welcome, but also my girls, aged 5 and 7. They let the kids paint a bath bomb for FREE every time we go and also usually let them choose a little soap sample. My girls enjoy it so much that they ASK to shop for soap. LOL We love it here! I can personally attest to the high quality of the hand soaps, body soaps, bath bombs, laundry detergent, and scented wool balls. I get compliments all the time on how good my clothes smell. I also absolutely love the shave bars and the lotion bars. The lotion bar is a must have and something I toss in my purse to use as needed. My favorite scents are Island Nectar, 99 PomLems, and All Hail the Queen for body products and a combination of Magnolia and Narcissist (Roundabout) for my laundry products.

Like I said, 10/10, I recommend...

We came in 30 minutes before closing and were greeted by Marcus! He was so welcoming and very knowledgeable about all of their products. Any question we had, he gladly answered and talked about he uses the products and even friends and family he knows! He was able to help us decide on which laundry detergent to get and threw in a sample or two! It was so refreshing to get such great service when it would have been so easy for him to check out and count the minutes down before he clocked out! OH. and the laundry detergent...
