I purchased a Vision Spinner 2 from your Conway store. The button sticks. I brought it back the next business day. Joe at the counter refused to honor an exchange because I did not have a receipt. I was not told at the time of purchase that I would need a receipt for any warranty issues. Joe remembers me, he remembers taking my money but he said it would cost him personally to do the exchange (out of his own pocket). The device I was sold has a button that stuck the first time I used it and it continues to stick every few times I try to use it. It seems this store would rather send me out with a fire hazard and maintain that liability rather than solve the issue amicably. I would not recommend shopping here and would suggest you go to their competitors Vape City. Never had a problem there. This was my first and last time shopping here.

They are very over priced. I bought liquid state it was 21.99 for the small bottle. I use to buy it in Georgia for a big bottle for 22.99.
