Absolute worst place to go I asked him to do exactly what I paid him to do... Which is to fix my bios

I go and check on my PC 4 days later all the guy has done is sit my PC on a shelf and allegedly "updated" the bios even though that's not what I asked him to do and he charged me for it.

upon further inspection he hasn't even done what he said he's done and he charged me for literally doing nothing.

Close to $50 bucks and 4 days worth of my wasted time.

So I went in and the woman I spoke to was very kind and funny. She was willing to help me in any way she could and even gave me a manual keyboard to connect and type on due to my laptop keyboard not working. I was dealing with a dead laptop battery so I inquired about a new one because I was afraid that it would die while teaching classes online. While they did not have one in stock, the lady shared that as long as it was plugged in, it would work fine. It was so nice to talk to a live person who knew what they were doing and was willing to KINDLY walk me through what I needed to do. I will call them first if I need their help in the future.
