Wow! Fizz made getting a facial super accesible. I made a reservation only a few hours before my appointment and filled out my intake forms. When I arrived I was asked if I wanted water or a blanket. The atmosphere was calm and neat. Tisha was so nice and made sure to ask me what I wanted. She made suggestions and I was able to choose a custom facial after asking questions. All parts of the facial were AMAZING. I received the hydra calm facial. The products smelled nice and the neck massage was so relaxing. It was about $45 with the facial and 2 add one (they have a happy hour for add ons). I spontaneously went to get my brows waxed the other day, and WOW. I don’t even remember who waxed me, but it was the best brow experience I’ve ever had. I stopped waxing my eyebrows after they were messed up multiple times, and started getting them threaded instead (very painful but very effective). I love the customer service. The ambiance and atmosphere smells great and it’s clean. Clean restroom. Knowledgeable staff. I am giving them 4 stars because the added neck massage.
