Lee Ann's Fine Jewelry — Local services in Conway

I was in a hurry this morning and had some slight concern as I was approaching the door if I would be judged for my attire (Shirt, shorts, and ball cap.) My concern could not have been more ridiculous. As I entered the store, I was greeted by Nate and instantly felt welcomed and treated as if I was a regular customer. Due to Nate’s experience, he could probably tell I was not knowledgeable with jewelry but he never once made me feel ignorant. He asked the right questions of why I was there and showed me the appropriate inventory due to my answers. I never felt pressured to buy, in fact, I was upfront and told him I wanted to visit one more local jewelry store before making a final decision to purchase. Although I did not have a bad experience at the other location, I ultimately returned because Nate was very personable, respectful, and the prices seemed reasonable. My relationship began with Lee Ann's when I needed a few links taken out of a watch I bought online. Not only did they gladly help me at no charge, they let me browse without pressure. I found some rings I really wanted, and it was mentioned that I could do a wish list. I mentioned to my better half later that Lee Ann's had removed the links for free and while I waited I fell in love with some items....Two weeks down the road, my better half surprised me with a beautiful diamond ring when he came to pick me up from the airport after a trip. What a lovely surprise!

The ring is gorgeous, but I did need to have it re-sized. Again, the staff was nothing but all smiles and very helpful. I have been intimidated in the past by jeweler's; however, this establishment makes shopping (even if on a smaller budget) actually fun.

I don't often write reviews but I just had to do so on this place. The reason for my visit was to get a battery on my watch, after a different location (JCPennys jewelry department) had scratched my watch and would not take responsibility for it. Lee Ann's were so great. As soon as I told the attendant what had happened she said we our jeweler knows what he is doing and will take care of your watch. She mentioned the price and he was off with my watch. He looked at it and was very honest that with him polishing of the scratched that I might loose some of the engraved words on it, which I don't mind make and model of watch, he took it. I am 100%satisfied with his work and the way they made me feel being in their place. Definitely will be back for any other repairs . Thank you Lee Ann's for...
