First let me begin by saying that I am not an person that's easily impressed and I'm a HUGE stickler on customer service. In my eyes MOST businesses these days really drop the ball in that area. So needless to say this review is a pleasure for me to type. I was genuinely blown away by the concierge "white glove" treatment my wife and I received during our first ever visit here. Barbara and Bo were phenomenal! This past Saturday was my wife's birthday and I wanted to treat her to her first hot stone or cupping experience. The first sign of greatness with this place was when they made an exception for me and allowed us to come in on a Saturday when normally it's reserved for established clients. The second sign of greatness was how we were treated the moment we walked through the door, white glove treatment all the way. I was not getting a massage that day, however, I was brought to a room where I was able to wait for my wife and let me tell you, the atmosphere, the ambiance was soooooo relaxing and soothing it felt as if I was being serviced as well. So much so that the hour I was there seemed more like 10 - 15 minutes because I just got swept away by the tranquility. I was served hot tea and water and relaxing music and sounds and visual imagery that just lulled me to peace. The next sign of greatness is that Bo gently knocks on the door where I was waiting and presents me with 2 glasses of wine and a plate of cake in honor of my wife's birthday without me asking or even expecting it. The third sign of greatness is when my wife was done she comes in, sits down and is literally in tears because of how great Barbara was and the entire experience was. She tells me that not only did she get the cupping but she also got the hot stones as well. Look, I can just go on and on about this place. Especially because you just don't get this level of treatment these days unless you're paying an exorbitated amount of money at some exclusive resort or club. I frantically called around looking to find anyone who could fit us in their schedule. After about 10 calls I finally got in touch with BJ Massage & Spa my call was answered by Kobi(??) & he projected "HELLO, MY DEAR!"through the phone in a sweet pleasant voice like he knew me! He listened to my story and immediately sprung into action booking me for a last minute appointment the next day. My boyfriend and I arrived to a warm greeting and while we waited we were showed to a private room that Kobi put a movie on for us with water to relax. After a short while we were escorted to our massage room. We were massaged by Christine and Barbara. My boyfriend and I BOTH agree this is the best massage we both have EVER had. My boyfriend has only had 2 couples massages with me and I have had many massages since 14 years old. They took their time during our massage and made sure it was special for our occasion even last minute. It seemed like both Barbara and Christine knew what parts of our body hurt and went right to it and fixed it. I left feeling renewed and without any pain in my body. I decided to go to the place on Monday where door shows they should be open and nobody was there, they sent me a text after me calling saying they are closed. I try calling again the next day, nobody picks up. I go again. This time the second I walk in the guy tells me they are closed. So when are you open????? HE TELLS ME I NEED TO CALL TO BOOK!!! I have!!!! I even left a VM. Then he tells me itās trough text, what business does that? And how as a customer you should know this protocol? He tries to make it look like i never called which is insulting. Then he proceeds to tell me they are short staff and staff are not coming to do small procedures like mine because they canāt be sitting there waiting for customers, they need to make money. So I would have to wait for a day that they are busy for them to be able to squeeze me in their schedule ???? I have to go through all this hassle for each appointment? No thank you.
