I am so grateful that we found Leah & Appliances of Orlando. We went through a two month nightmare trying and failing to get a small freezer from Sears online (never again). After I canceled that order, I was desperately trying to find somewhere else to buy a small freezer. I contacted Leah at Appliances of Orlando to see if they carried one. At that time they only had freezers that were too large for our needs. So I quit looking, hoping that maybe more freezers would become available later in the year. One week later I got an email from Leah letting me know that a freezer exactly like the one I had described was suddenly available, did I want it? You bet! It was just delivered only two days later. I was blown away that Leah remembered me and contacted me to let me know that the freezer I wanted was available. How many big box stores would have done that? Just moved to Florida and built a new home. We bought all the kitchen appliances from Jeremy at Appliances of Orlando. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He helped us through the process of choosing the right appliances for our needs and had better pricing than anywhere else we checked. Our new kitchen contains the following GE (& Profile) appliances - french door refrigerator, smooth ceramic cooktop, range hood, dishwasher, convection wall oven & built in microwave. We LOVE these appliances! The dishwasher and microwave are SUPER quiet - great for our open concept home. My dryer died on me this morning in the middle of doing my weekly laundry for my household of 6. It was a real laundry emergency. I came down with my husband to buy a brand new dryer and after telling the staff here what happened with my current dryer they told me it might be as easy as replacing a 20-30 dollar part. So they walked my husband through the two things to check before committing to buying a new dryer and lo and behold it was one of the parts they thought it might be. My husband went back up there and purchased the part from them for 27 dollars and my dryer was fixed within just a few minutes of him being back with the replacement part. They could have not said anything and let me purchase an entirely new dryer. They saved me over $500. I am so thankful to them for their honesty and integrity - that goes such a long way now a days.
