I bought a 2010 Honda Civic four-door from these horrible monsters. The listed price on the window stated $1700. When I asked John Rogers if that was the price for the car he told me yes, however I would have to give $650 down. At the time they did not verify income nor work north Social Security information called to me the $650 down would’ve at least covered almost half of what they were selling the car for. In the process of signing the paperwork someway somehow the down payment went up another $200 however given the circumstances in which I needed a car ASAP I agreed to pay the additional $200. After reviewing and signing the paperwork that night and taking the car I noticed that the price shot up to $3600 which included an auction fee of $750 according to Florida policy dealerships are allowed to charge anything they want additional including this auction fee. I never confronted anyone about it because honestly every time you call them and tried to discuss something that John Rogers or any of the men working Would turn things around on me and get really nasty.
The kicker is after only missing one weekly payment they decided to tow my car two days later. When I called them the finance manager got very combative and nasty with both my wife and I while we were trying to figure out why the car was towed after only missing one payment we have had other car loans in the past and have never heard of such thing so quickly after missing a payment. Long story short they wanted us to pay the full balance of the car which wasn’t what they originally posted on the front window of the vehicle in the FIRST place.
Please stay away from this place yes they are cheap and yes they will get you into a car regardless of your situation but they will also figure out a way for you to pay more than what it’s worth and they will also figure out a way to take your car from you anyway shape or form this is sad because I lost a lot more money than what the window price originally stated with these People.
Please stay away they will take your money and figure out a way to repossess your vehicle once they repossess your vehicle they will ask you for the full amount that the car is owed in order for you to get it back. Please stay away from whale, John Rogers, and anyone else that works at this dealership.
They will paint themselves as perfect Christians what’s sad is that they will eventually screw you over I am warning everyone stay away! Long story short I ended up letting them keep the repossess car as they were asking for $2600 including repossession fees with that money I just bought a brand new car. Please stay away from this place I warn you please stay away from this place and John Rogers as well as the other staff They will take...
Read morezero stars. I bought a Mercury Grand Marquis a few months ago. I paid $2500 total. The mechanic was supposed to do a once over and check everything. He said he did. I drove my car off of the lot. I decided I would check my fluids. No oil in the dip stick. I called to report it the receptionist, he only apologized. needless to say less than a month later I'm broke down on the side of I-4 with my children. I had the car towed by AAA back to the dealership that sold it to me because they claim they have a mechanic that can fix most issues for $25 after it sat there for four days I got a ride up there to get an actual answer. Says he kept "forgetting" to bring his tools to test compression, I wanted to see for myself. When put on the spot I was advised it was my timing chain that broke, most likely. I didn't have a title either! I kept calling about that also and the receptionist would check and tell me it isn't in yet. He didn't even look to see that I was supposed to pay am additional $400 to get the tags and title. I assumed the additional $500 I paid covered that. The car was $1999, I paid $2500. so now my car is sitting up there completely useless without spending at least another thousand dollars so they offered to buy back my car for $200 use it towards the down payment and put me in something else. I ended up with a 2002 PT cruiser after I had to come up with another $400 just to get into it. I also had to make for pick up payments of $280 a week. Then $75 a week. Nations with that car we'll just minor stuff like it getting flooded out by the air conditioner or not having any heat excetera until rack and pinion went out just 2 months later. I got an estimate off site of $1,700 to fix everything cuz I'd only wasn't that it was also power steering. I decided not to give them any more of my money and let them come pick it up and with the tow truck driver showed up I went outside and handed the keys. I've calculated I've spent $6,000 since the end of March. I do not necessarily hold my salesman Mike responsible for this because I watched him try to negotiate for me.... But at this point I'm stuck without a car. I have a small business to run I need a vehicle I have children that need to get to school in Orlando where are area does not supply buses. I'm forced to come up with another down payment for something...
Read moreWarning: Do NOT trust this dealership. Our experience with All Approved Autoworks has been full of deception, misrepresentation, and what feels like outright manipulation.
PLEASE LOOK UP THEIR REVIEWS ON NOT ONLY GOOGLE BUT ON YELP, AND THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
We purchased a vehicle they described as “smooth and reliable.” Less than 24 hours later, the car broke down. After scanning it with a proper diagnostic tool, multiple stored codes were discovered — serious issues that were either ignored or deliberately concealed.
When we initially asked to have the vehicle scanned before buying, Nitza Trevino performed a quick OBD scan — but did not show us the screen, only verbally saying, “It’s just a crankshaft sensor.” Do NOT trust their OBD scans unless they physically show you the diagnostic screen yourself.
After the breakdown, we reached out and asked for a refund due to the misrepresentation. Instead of taking responsibility, they insisted we pay out of pocket to have the vehicle towed back to them if we wanted it repaired — an absurd ask considering we barely had it for a day.
To make matters worse, they initiated repossession proceedings just days after the sale. The repossession notice was dated July 25 but wasn’t sent or received until July 30, giving us little to no time to respond before the 10-day deadline expired.
BE CAREFUL WITH WHAT YOU SIGN BECAUSE THERE IS NO RECOURSE AS GOVERNMENT AND LOBBYIST ARE IN BED TO SCREW THE SMALL MAN. LEARN FROM THE MISTAKES OF THE MANY PEOPLE THAT HAVE COME BEFORE YOU.
🚩 In summary: • Vehicle broke down within 24 hours • Misleading OBD scan — not shown to buyer • Refusal to offer refund • Predatory repossession tactics • Misleading online listings through a third party (Nitza Trevino)
This dealership is not trustworthy. Protect yourself. Demand full transparency, insist on seeing any diagnostic scans yourself, and don’t be fooled by friendly sales talk or social media listings. What looks like a good deal can quickly turn into a nightmare.
