If there was a -0 *I would definitely be putting that down I had a horrible experience at this Bravo store on semeron and colonial I’ve been coming here for years and never had issues up until now not sure if management was having a horrible day or it’s time for him to considet retire the guy seemed miserable I’ve been to numerous bravos before and if you find something at another store they usually tend to price match or try to get you close to the price to keep you in house and. It loose you to competitors before coming to the store I called and mentioned to them that I seen a product that they carry at another store for a good price ask them if they were willing to price match they tell me yes and when I go all the way to their store from Oviedo where I currently live I am addressed by the manager with a cocky attitude and a smirk on his face that no they’ve never price match anyone before it’s not their style of business if I don’t like what I see go to aNother store I then proceed to ask him to please let me speak to a manager he tells me he is the manager it is what it is so I asked him what about the owner can I get his contact infoHe tells me no too bad he’s on vacation and I can’t give you his info this is a horrible experience in customer service for a long time customer that will definitely not be returning and letting anyone know you’re taking a big chance on wanting to do chain to do business with the bravo supermarket chain in order to grow you must treat your customers with respect and appreciation but I guess the manager on duty today Tuesday June 19, 2018 was having a horrible day and took it out on me I will be definitely getting in contact with someone higher in the corporation and or the president of the company to resolve this and let them know if they don’t get rid of people like their management assistant management whatever he was not sure how many more people they will offend and push their business off to their competitors hope this message finds them well and gives them an opportunity to revisitHow they treat good customers I typically don’t like leaving bad reviews but after being humiliated and thinking by speaking to a manager things will get resolved and it was the worst thing I did I definitely have to let others know be very careful going to this Bravo again the one on Semeron and colonial 999 North Semeron Blvd. be where not a good location horrible...

Read moreReally bad customer service, they don't respect you, they ignore the people and talk to other employees about gossip or whatever and as if you're invisible, they don't even tell you if they're talking to you, or not. They need to improve their attitude and how they treat customers. All off them are rude, only people who stack food are nice. Cashiers talk through you while talking to another employee about whatever that doesn't involve work. I've seen countless employees call during attending a customer, and cashiers, which they ignore you, they don't know how to attend the customers. This is a huge problem. Out of all of that disaster, they have amazing food but the worst treatment.
