How have I never heard of this place?!?! Was invited here by a friend for a local comedy night and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. It was night time when we went and I must say the lighting inside was exqusite! I absolutely love the decor and the way the lighting was inside. The place is a little small so on a busy night I can see it getting packed quickly inside. This is the kind of place you want to dress to impress when going. Seating for this place is also very limited due to the amount of people that can sit but I do believe that this place also doubles as a club just by the vibes it gives off, the way the DJ was playing tunes that made you just want to dance and for the fact there was a bottle service menu. All in all my group had a great time here. We stayed for about 3 hours. The food was Tapas style so be sure to read the menu clearly just so you understand the portions you are getting. I had their beef empandas which were pretty good and fair for the price I rate that a solid 7/10. I also had their Shrimp Scampi Skewer which was pretty good but name on menu needs to be changed due to the fact you only get one but it was very good I give that a 9/10 needs another sauce option than aioli which I fear comes with a majority of the food (Im dangerously lactose intolerant) but otherwise the shrimp was juicy and delicious and left you wanting more. The drinks we had were good but not really strong which depending on who you are that could be a good thing but we like our drinks to taste like there is alcohol inside. Service here is decent but Im not going to lie it seemed on this night they were short staffed for the amount of people that ended up being there that night and it was hard to tell exactly who was an employee at some parts due to no cohesion in their uniforms. My friend and I were really looking forward to trying this place as it was advertised on TikTok. When we went, we were immediately seated outside per our request but we were not attended to for over 20 minutes. My friend went inside to check if our waitress was coming, and it seems as if they forgot that we were seated there. About 2 minutes later a waitress came to take our order and I asked for another menu as well. She said she would return. We were then asked by other waitresses if we have been attended to and we said yes and that we were waiting on a menu but our original server never returned. No one even offered to check and see where our waitress was. Everything was just disorganized, as it seems as if no one was assigned to our table and we kept having to repeat our order to different people. However, people around us were being served promptly. It’s almost as if they were uh picking and choosing who they want to attend to. My friend received her drink eventually but I never received mine. We were about to leave, but they asked us if we would like to sit inside which we did. At this point, we are frustrated due to lack of good customer service and wanted to leave again. My friend did not sip or touch her drink in any way but they still made her pay for it and charged gratuity on top of it. She ended up paying $21 for a simple cocktail that should have been around $15. This was a horrible experience and this establishment still has a long way to go in terms of customer service. A decent spot, and heavy on "decent" spot to try out if you live locally, within 15 minutes of the venue. If you live more than 15 minutes away, there's more opportune locations in Orlando to spend your money and have better quality service. The female servers are spectacular, the male leave much to be desired. The location is fine, the space is beautifully designed, and the food is decent as well. Where they lose you is the inconsistency on pricing. I've been to this location three times, every time I've ordered the exact same drink from top to bottom, and each time I've paid a different price. If you do decide to give this spot a shot, I encourage you trying it during happy hour, and even then, I encourage you to look at your receipt before you tap your card. On two separate occasions they tried to charge me for a drink that I never ordered. When I brought it to the waiter's attention, he got extremely defensive. If you do not specify which particular alcohol you like, they're going to charge you for the most expensive alcohol in that tier. They also have a lot of service charges that are not attached to gratuity. If you want a minimal time with maybe one cocktail, this may be worth the moment, but other than that, I would...
