Placed an order thru a third party flower service (they’re getting their own review) and when I threw a fit that they hadn’t done my order they put it thru this company.

I had no Communication from this business about the replacement they had to do. I would have never picked the plant they sent, at their own choosing, to my person. Horrible plant for saying congrats. More for a funeral. The pot is horrible and so is the ribbon. All bland colors. When you order a bamboo and don’t have it and have to replace it, you CALL the person to communicate, period. I had also ordered balloons and there were no balloons with the ugly plant. I got no Communication from either company. So for future reference you should call the customer when you make a replacement. You should also pay attention to the spelling of the name typed out on the message, because you spelled my name wrong! This has been an all around horrible experience.

I’d say go into this boutique, because it’s not just a florist, if you want anything done correctly. I wouldn’t go period. If I could give 0 stars I would! I’m so embarrassed by what my person got and it’s all too late now!

I cannot say enough good things about Three Poppies! They truly saved the day for my son’s wedding. On the way to the wedding, we picked up the bridal bouquet I had ordered from another vendor. To my surprise, it looked very little like the example photos I had sent them. Panicked, I started calling flower shops in search of a last-minute replacement. I contacted Three Poppies and sent them the example photographs. Within 30 minutes, they created the most stunning bouquet.

Not only was the arrangement absolutely gorgeous, but the people were also incredibly kind, professional, and understanding during such a stressful moment.

If I could give Kimberly 100 stars, I absolutely would! She went above and beyond for my Nana’s funeral. We planned a celebration of life service that required several floral arrangements—including a stunning casket spray and multiple easel pieces—and Kimberly handled every detail with so much care and talent.

She truly listened to everything we envisioned and somehow delivered even more than we could have hoped for. The flowers perfectly reflected our Nana’s personality and the beautiful life she lived.
