Update from 2 star to 3 star
Kathy reached out to me and apologized sincerely and offered a refund but I won't accept a refund because I understand time is money.
We used to love them for all the businesses we have and need print work for but over the past few years it has been sub-par work with lack of professionalism. The male employees have been the only reason why I even kept supporting them and that's why it's not a 1 star review. The quality of work has definitely gone down and the horrible customer service doesn't make it any better. The ladies that work there don't even speak when you walk in the place as if to say you need me, I don't need you. Unfortunately after 10 years of supporting Copy Central, today will be my last. I even called to voice my concerns and was put on hold and no one came back to the line or even bothered to call me back. The message was loud and clear. We don't care! It takes a lot for me to write a negative review because I'm in business and understand that not all experiences will be perfect but this was just repetitive. My wife called to talk about a question about an invoice and she was treated aggressively and with frustration. My wife asked for the last 6 months of invoices and she was told they weren't going to do that for her. When she saw that the conversation was escalating asked the person to hold while she transferred her boss to the line. Dottie treated her boss extremely differently, with much more respect and was way more helpful, giving her a completely different answer and treatment. Read moreI brought my paper stock for my wedding invitations and emailed the completed file to them around 3:30pm. I was told I would receive a call when it was ready in an hour. I never received the call and my order had to be picked up next day even though it was ready the day before. When I picked up the order, they tried to charge me for setup, but I did all the work.
