TACO ´N MADRE — Restaurant in Conyers

We've gone to this restaurant for over a year after meeting Victor, the previous manager, at a Conyers festival. Over the past couple of months a new manager has taken over and it's awful. They run out of sauce and refuse to make more even when it's early in the day. I normally purchase 20-30 tacos and yesterday the sauce needed was pico de gallo. We got the other sauces we wanted so I asked if more pico would be brought out and was told it would be over an hour. I then asked for my money back because every week it's the same thing and I'm paying my money to not enjoy my meal. The manager contes out rudely snatched the bag of sauce from my daughter in front of the customers and counted what we had and said they'd make more but not for us. Here said we'r had taken too much sauce. I told him that was poor customer service and that Victor would never do that. He had the lady that takes the orders say to me that's the reason Victor was fired. I said I pay my money for food here every week and I should be served properly when I come and he should be prepared for his customers. I can't help who comes in after me, that's his job. I have been a regular customer since the opening a few weeks ago. Eating here at least 2-4 times a week. That all changed until today. After placing my order I was told I could no longer bring my water bottle into the restaurant because they sell water and drinks and I should be buying theirs. I was very offended by this. I canceled my order and have no plans to visit the restaurant again. I thought that was a very rude and unprofessional thing to say. I guess if you don't want to buy their high priced drinks or always travel with your own bottled water as a lot of people due especially during the summer you are not a welcomed customer. As a long time resident of this city I have never had this happen. Good news is there are so many restaurants in the city and new ones coming all the time. I can spend my money elsewhere. I will be sure to let my family, friends, and neighors in the city know about...

BUYER BEWARE. These people are scammers and I'm not even kidding. The actual worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant and this was my first visit. Placed an online order and waited, my card was charged and I had a receipt. But after two hours I left without food or a refund. From the moment I walked in the girl at the register was rude and unhelpful. They refused to refund me and also refused to make the food because they didn't receive the online order. Even after asking to see a receipt which proved the location and charges. The craziest thing was after telling me they didn't receive the online order, i also placed the order inside at the counter and she told me to wait 15-25 mins for them to make it but only to walk back in and they didn't make the food and refused to refund the money. GET IT TOGETHER MANAGER. I would NOT recommend this establishment to anyone. Your time and money...
