I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The waitresses were nice of course, but I can't tell if there was any kind of unprofessional or unethical acts of behavior on behalf of the cooks because the diner wasn't that busy at all and it almost seemed like I was purposely overlooked. It was mothers day in 2019 and we were sitting at the biggest table without any food on it. Having waited the longest, and didn't even order alot of food. We were a party of nine. And we're treated as if we weren't wanted. The waitress did her best. Her name is Frida. I'm sure she can't control or dictate the orientation of food being cooked and sat out to be taken to tables. It was unfair and most importantly, I ordered a small strawberry cheesecake, and at the bottom in the breadcrumbs, they were wet. Not from the strawberries either. It was watery and I still ate it because of how tasty the cheesecake was. I felt weird after consuming whatever it was. It definitely tastes funny. I enjoyed my 4 ground beef sliders with tator tots and what was "Suppose" to be my tasty desert. I won't blame hospitality on the environment in which I felt Dishonored in, instead, I will shame the lack of discipline and share the concerns of possibly being purposely poisoned. Without pointing any fingers, I sat patiently waiting for my food. It took a long while, may I be specific. I didn't complain, because it wasn't the waitresses fault. When the food did arrive, it was nice and hot, I was sure to tell her thank you. She is confident and very interpersonal with the way she interacts with the people she serves. The following morning, I received severe body aches and stomach pains, nausea, and slightly faint. I'm sure it came from whatever liquid like substance coated the breadcrumbs in my strawberry cheesecake. It was in a cup like holster, "shot looking" glass. Had intentional poisoning been the motive, which I feel it was, it would've been easy to disguise. Please be cautious of this place. The customer service is wonderful, done exquisitely by the women, but the cooks are all males. Not to stereotype, but, you can never be too sure. My husband and I order from Hooters at least every other Friday. We love their lemon pepper wings and curly fries! We placed an order recently over the phone at the Conyers, Georgia location. Understanding that the background can be extremely noisy, it is a bar for heaven’s sake. I placed the order on line and the person that took the order repeated the order back to me before hanging up the phone. When my husband arrived to the Conyers location the whole order was incorrect! The Manager debated with my husband for over10 minutes insisting that we ordered parmesan garlic wings, my husband explained to the manager that he was sitting in front of me when the order was placed and that I never said parmesan garlic wings.
I have worked in sales for over 10 years and I have always been trained that customers are always, always, always right! Even if the customer is incorrect, manager of all staff members should never debate with the customer, especially in front of their staff members. It sets a bad example for the business and staff members. It’s also Impertinent and humiliating on the owner’s behalf. I would love to pay my upper management team members to disagree/argue with my most valued customers, I’m almost positive that this will increase my sales through-out my region.
A business trusts that they are hiring competent employees to do their jobs and oversee the day-to-day business operations, especially the manager’s that are paid an astronomical amount to run their business.
We have visited this location on several occasions and there seems to always be an issue with management, it appears that the turnover rates are extremely high when it comes to management, the service is slow, and items that are listed on the menu are never in stock. It appears that whoever is over the hiring for this region continues to hire incompetent staff members.
Long story short my husband had to wait 30 minutes for our order (which defeats the whole purpose of placing an order over the phone).
I do not plan to continue patronizing a business that is uncivil to their customers.

Read moreI went into the restaurant to place a to-go order. No one was at the to-go register, so I went to the bar. I waited at the bar for several minutes before someone finally acknowledged that I was there and asked if I'd been helped. The young lady who acknowledged me was friendly enough. She took my order, which was for smoked wings. I should have realized something was amiss when she asked if I wanted them breaded. I'd never heard of breaded smoked wings before, but I thought that was my ignorance. I waited twenty minutes for my order. When I finally got my order and went to my car, something told me to check the order before leaving the parking lot. I did, and the wings looked fried. So, I returned the order to the restaurant and spoke with the young lady who took my order. She confirmed that the wings were indeed non-breaded and fried. I told her I asked for smoked wings. She said she'd have them remake the wings. She then spoke with two other women, one at the bar and another in an office with the door ajar. Both looked at me as if I had done something offensive.
The lady behind the bar eventually approached me and asked if I had the original order, which was sitting on the bar in the bag in front of me. I pointed to the bag and told her that was the order. She asked if she could take the order. I thought that strange since that was why I brought the order back in and sat it on the bar. I sat at the bar for another twenty minutes, waiting for the correct order. I waited forty-five minutes to get what I ordered. No one apologized, offered a glass of water while I waited, or even acknowledged I was sitting at the bar, for that matter. Customer service is truly dead! Just as I was going to ask for a refund so I could leave, she brought my order to me. Although the smoked wings were good, the dreadful customer service outweighed the food.
