Over the past year I've had the pleasure of going to Quirk & Wheeler Orthodontics for my orthodontic treatment, and I must say that my experience surpassed all expectations. (Take it from someone who hates going to the dentist) From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the entire staff.

Beyond disgusted with this orthodontist office. The girls who apply the bands are wonderful but the two orthodontists are either uneducated or don’t care. For 2 years my daughter complained of severe excruciating jaw pain while her braces were on. No explanation was offered. Quirk actually told my daughter it was from stress, all in her head and her exact words were… your brain is a powerful place. Her brain can’t control the fact that they caused and left her with a posterior open bite that absolutely causes severe jaw pain and headaches. Not to mention tmd and arthritis of the jaw. She’s biting her tongue because her back teeth don’t close. I’ve included before and after photos of her back teeth taken by the orthodontist. It’s so bad I’m seeking legal help for this. We paid over $6,000 and they managed to turn an aesthetic issue into a medical issue. They’re so incompetent I won’t let them near her mouth to fix this with a second set of braces even if they offered...

Just got my daughter’s braces on here today. Already so impressed! Excellent customer service and very thorough! They only do ceramic braces on the top (this cost so much extra 30+ years ago). There was a mixup last month of when our insurance would start coverage leading to a very disappointed teenager (who had been counting down the days, hours and minutes in excitement). So they surprised us today with multiple gift cards to Starbucks and Chik-Fil-A for the trouble! They didn’t have to do that, but owned that they had made a mistake. Many companies don’t even own their mistakes, much less give you some type of compensation, so the integrity of Quirk & Wheeler...
