If I could leave a negative rating I would. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any salon. I went in asking for a perm. Showed her pictures of the type of curl I was looking for. I told her that it had been colored. She looked at my hair and said yea let’s do it. I’m like ok great. She used the purple rollers which looked too small to me. And they were. She takes the rollers out and of course my hair was damaged and faded. Which I knew was a possibility. But it was getting down to the cut that got me. She chopped all my hair off and I literally looked like a lampshade. It was terrible. She just tells me that that’s the only way my hair can look because it was “curly”. She kept pushing me to get a pixie cut which was absolute last resort. She did not offer and products to help with any of the frizz or even try to style it for me. She said drying it would cause a frizzy mess and that the only way she could make it look cute was a pixie cut. I sat in her chair crying and she just stared at me saying “I’m sorry. If there was anything I do for you I would.” When I told her I just wanted to go she still charged me for the terrible work she did on my hair.” There’s a reason people don’t do their hair themselves and leave things for professionals. But when professionals won’t even bother to help fix the problem what is a person to do? I work with the public. And have to see and talk to different people every day. And having to do that with a mess like this is embarrassing. I will never be back to this salon. I went to another salon and got it semi fixed but this will take months to recover from. I’m extremely upset and no one there even offered to make it right. I’ve even called the corporate number and filed a complaint. No one...

I had been going to this salon for a few years. I always saw the same person (the previous manager) who is no longer there. I recently went in for a hairdo last minute for a wedding because I couldn't find another shop open on a Saturday morning. My hair and my 11 year old daughters turned out fine as it was just a style so there are no complaints there. That is the ONLY reason a 1 star rating is acceptable. However, the employees were out of control. The foul language and personal conversations between them during our styles was deplorable.

When you go to a stylist, franchise or otherwise, as the customer you are meant to be the center of attention - it is your experience and your body. My daughter and I were a side thought on this particular day. The main topic of conversation was the party or partying they were going to do that night and when, where, and who was going to pick up their drugs for the party. I mean, my 11 year old daughter had to sit and listen to this along side me. After we left, my daughter was asking me why they were talking about doing drugs and that she thought that was illegal. Disgraceful!

The staff here is rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and out of control. Three of them talking about this loudly from three different stations around the store... I'm not sure how the manager didn't hear them and stop the conversation. I do not want people who are more concerned about picking up their party favors and who's driving that night than their customers working on my hair or my daughters. She should have never had to listen to that.

I recently moved here from Michigan and i am really picky about my hair and its cuts. I always always get the same haircut. A high and tight fade. The lady who cut my hair was very nice. However, she told me she had been cutting hair for 32 years yet never knew what a high and tight was. I had to show her a picture of a previous haircut of mine that i really loved. Now, im not gonna expect her to perfectly match it. But, she didnt come close. She cut my fade down way too low. Didnt blend it correctly and cut the line around my head crooked. What should have only been, at most a 30 minute haircut, turned into nearly an hour long haircut. I basically had to teach her how to cut my hair and in the end, i still wasnt happy with it. I guess thats what i get for getting my haircut at Walmart. Where you pay expensive prices for cheap goods. Same is true for here. Ended up paying $16 AFTER my military discount was applied. Ill be...
