I would not recommend cool image to anyone. My daughter cheered there for many years. There is extremely poor communication no professionalism at all. She is extremely money hungry and does not care about the quality of the athletes and the time spent with them. She would have six classes going on at one time. This place has zero heart. I booked this location 2 months in advance for my daughter's 5th birthday and paid a $100 depoy. One week later my daughter was diagnosed with Leukemia and can't be around a lot of people so I was forced to cancel and even though this was an extreme situation and I gave over a month and half notice they refused...
