T & M Pizza Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in Coolidge

I’ll start by saying the fried mozzarella is excellent. That has not changed since my last visit. However, today I invited my brother and son for a pre-holiday lunch. I ordered eggplant parm. Received Chicken parm. Since I don’t eat meat, that wasn’t going to work. Brother ordered 2 slices of sausage pizza. Received 2 slices of pepperoni pizza. My son ordered a veggie pizza, hold the cheese. Received a pizza with no sauce or cheese. So we had to send all the food back. Round two, waitress delivers new food. My eggplant parm was gross and tasteless. Hard to find the eggplant through the cheese and breading. The chef, instead of making a new pizza, poured a little bit of sauce over the veggie pizza and reheated it. My brother did ok with his new sausage pizza slices. Besides the mozzarella the garlic bread was ok. Fresh baked roll ok. A small bowl of spaghetti that accompanied the eggplant was pretty blah and I would compare it to a frozen box dinner but less tasty with undercooked pasta. Worst $50 lunch ever! Also, watered down iced tea. Even the water tasted bad. Finally, I would like to mention we were the only customers in the restaurant...

Truly not great. We had called in and placed an order on our way home from work. We were told 25 minutes. We got there nearly 45 minutes later but we sat in the drive thru line for more than a half hour with a line of cars behind us with zero explanation. Ran our cards (plural) and nothing. Had to give them cash (which I'm sure some people in line didn't have on them since nothing was mentioned on the phone about credit being down.) Got home and the pizza was soggy, cold, and truly not great. Not sure if we would return. Definitely wish they would open the dining room even just to come in and...

wish i could give no stars, but my husband and daughter went to go eat here for dinner. They got there probably around 7:45pm on a Thursday and they dont close until 10pm. For some reason when they arrived they waited for at least 10 minutes to be helped and NO ONE CAME OUT TO GREET THEM OR TAKE THEIR ORDER! My husband could hear the workers in the back and when they had pulled up, there were customers who were just leaving from that same restaurant. Not sure why this happened to them, but it was very upsetting to hear. Won't be visiting this place...
