Well, I tried to hold off on this as long as I could. I sent this complaint directly to corporate, but nobody seems to care so here it is for everyone to review PUBLICLY.
If I could put ZERO STARS I would but that's not an option.
This was absolutely the worst service anyone could endure at a Little Caesars location. First off, I tried ordering via the mobile app, but for some reason this location was not accepting mobile orders (other locations were, however). Upon arrival to the location, we found the front door to be locked and the lobby lights were off. The sign on the door and on google maps says open until 9pm, I arrived at 7:01pm. There was a sign in the window that said "drive thru open" so I went to the drive thru window. After ordering my food and explaining to them that the app was not allowing orders, they seemed clueless as to that. I will point out that nobody in the store could have been over the age of 19 by the way they were acting and they also stated that their manager was not in the store. Continuing on with my ordeal...They took my order of crazy bread and pizza and told me to go wait in the parking lot and we will be right out. we waited for about 20 minutes and our food was never brought out. 7 other cars that had come and gone 2 before and 5 after us all received their food and we were still waiting. When I went to the door and knocked the kids inside just ignored me. I tried calling the number listed on the receipt and the phone just rang. No answer whatsoever. When they finally came to the door to let someone out that clearly was not an employee but someone's boyfriend (because they were kissing and hugging in the lobby) that is how I know they didn't belong there. I confronted them and told them that I had been waiting out front for nearly 40 minutes for my order. The girl told me that the order has been ready for 20 minutes and that they went to every car and the order wasn't anyone's. That is a complete lie because i was literally right outside the front door waiting. When she did give me my order the pizza was cold, the box it was in was soggy and they didn't even have bread available to complete my order. When i asked why my order was cold, she said the pizza was sitting on the counter. They didn't even put in the warmer to keep it...

I decided to drive over there and even though I got there over an hour before they were supposed to close the lobby was locked up. So I got gas and went to go through the drive through thinking maybe the lobby closes before 10 but the drive thru was open until 10. But I went through the drive through and when I pulled up to the window the employee literally ran to the back. Luckily Pizza Hut stays open until the posted closed time and doesn't intentionally dodge customers. Why even post store hours if you close an hour early?
This the slowest Little Ceasars I've ever been to. I ordered online and showed up around the time it said my order would be ready and sat in the waiting room for 10 to 15 mins before anyone acknowledged my existence. I wasn't too concerned about them not acknowledging me at first because my order wasn't in the pizza portal. But I ordered at around 11:45. The app said it should be done between 12:22 and 12:27 then around 12:45 I was ask if I was waiting on them like people just come in to hang out in Little Ceasars. Lol I tell the lady what I ordered and that I ordered on the app and says "let me check" and disappears not saying another word to me until another 10 mins or so passed and I'm told "Your order is on the counter" as she walks out the door. They weren't rude necessarily. I'm not sure what happened that it took 30 mins longer than it was supposed to. I just moved out to Coolidge and this is my second time ordering from this location. The first time my order was ready when it was supposed to be but it was cold and part of it was wrong but the employees were extremely nice and helped remedy the situation. Today was a mess and the employees that were actually working looked...
Read moreI never judge a place from the first visit. I believe in second chances, unless I get sick from the food. Luckily that's not the case in this situation. Nothing more than a second chance failed. We ordered when we first moved to the area....we were so disappointed. The pizza was under cooked and not cut at all. The crazy bread was dough with butter on it. We didn't get our sauces. We basically had to toss it all in the oven as soon as we got home and cut it ourselves. Today was no different, pizza was undercooked it appears to be cut but it's not cut through. I might even have thought that this was different pizzas smashed together but since it's still basically one piece aside from the edges, I know that isn't the case. For some reason they decided that we didn't need pepperoni on the middle of our pizza. Again we had to toss it in the oven to finish cooking it and add our own pepperoni to fill in the center. The little girls that work there are nice enough but need better training or they need to hire employees with better work ethic or maybe a little bit older. Might be beneficial if the management here actually pays attention to what is going on and some of...
