Dropped off a men's button down shirt. Told the lady at counter that I wanted it cleaned with starch and ironed. I didn't get a stub. They don't do stubs. You just give them your last name. She couldn't give me a definant date that it would be ready. All she could say is 3 or 4 days. So, it's been over a week and my husband is going to go pick up the shirt. I called to make sure it's ready and to find out how much it will be. The man that answered the phone, was frantic to the point he was studdering. He couldn't even get a full sentence out. I asked him if my shirt was ready and how much it would be. He said that he had several customers and that he would have to look. I said, "ok." He then said, "I'm going to hang up now." I said, "What? Can't you help me?" He flipped out and said, "The customers are piling in and waiting to be helped and I can't go back to look for the shirt, so, I have to hang up." It was so weird. I don't know if the man was mentally challenged or just couldn't handle stress, but he shouldn't be dealing with customers if he gets panicked easily. Well, my husband drove to the cleaners to get his shirt and the shirt wasn't starched or ironed. $4.99 for dry clean. I have never had a shirt dry cleaned without it ironed. I even asked for starch and iron. Still no starch or iron. So, my husband went to pay, and the man said their visa machine was down. So, my husband came back home and got cash from me and went back to the cleaners. Keeping in mind that the cleaners was closing at noon today. We are unhappy with the customer service and lack of quality of service. No visa machine made it...

My granddaughter's prom dress was very late arriving from where it was ordered. I had to shorten it, which I did on a Monday. Due to being packaged for a long time, it was terribly wrinkled. (heavy satin) I could not get the wrinkles out, and she needed the dress on Saturday for her prom. I called Coolidge Cleaners - they said bring it right down and they could guarantee it being back on Friday. I got a call on Thursday - it was ready to pick up. It looked beautiful! The girls in the office were very professional and friendly. Great service - I recommend them highly! Thank you...

I took my pants to get dry cleaned and pressed and they washed them and my pants shrunk. They didn’t try to rectify the situation just told me it was my fault for asking for medium starch like I knew to get medium starch they needed to wash them, when I went in for dry cleaning and for my pants to be pressed not washed. They didn’t even give me a refund on the services nor did they want to replace the Pants they Ruined. I do not recommend Coolidge cleaners to anybody unless you want bad service...
