Very dissappointed that the plant that I ordered was not delivered. I live in TX and ordered a sympathy plant for a co-worker who lives in Arizona that I work with virtually. I don't know if it's a state thing but when I order stuff online anywhere else, I get what I paid for. My friend was sent a totally different plant than what I ordered. When I called to ask about it, the lady who answered the phone said their website states that you may get a substitute if they don't have what you ordered. It would have been nice to receive a call saying they didn't have the plant that I ordered in stock so that I would have had an option of if I wanted to move forward with the plant that was substituted. I'm giving this place four stars because of the young lady that took my order she was very kind and was able to come up with a flower arrangement that I needed for my mother's funeral service. They usually require in advance notice but I came in the day before and she made it happen for the next day..I really appreciate her effort and the beautiful arrangement she came up with. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of the price it was high but I also understand that they don't have many flower shops out in Arizona.
