I took my vehicle in attempt to have the headliner redone. Spoke with Carlos, he took a look and went over what needed to be done. He told me he wanted me to have the headliner removed before I brought it in. I told him I will pay for the removal as well and he gave me an estimate. I let him know I like to keep my money within my community, so I was fine with the price and would like to be scheduled on his calendar. He would not schedule me. Then told me some other things I needed to do before I brought it in, I agreed I even offered him a deposit to no avail.
